Summer Reading Club is back at the Library, bringing a summer full of reading, activities, crafts, and special events for children and families across Kawartha Lakes. Registration opens online June 15, with in-person sign-up beginning June 20 at all library branches.

Bethany Branch ramp construction begins May 19 and will last approximately 3–4 weeks. Patrons will need to use the side entrance; the building will not be ramp accessible.

Queen’s Square Park in front of the Lindsay Library branch will undergo construction and revitalization beginning the week of May 19. The library will remain open during construction, though temporary closures of the Kent Street entrance may occasionally be required.
