Bobcaygeon Library Branch is now the first bird-safe building in the City of Kawartha Lakes, thanks to new window treatments that help reduce bird collisions. This project reflects a community partnership focused on protecting local wildlife, and visitors can also explore birdwatching with kits available from the Library of Things.
Summer Reading Club is back at the Library, bringing a summer full of reading, activities, crafts, and special events for children and families across Kawartha Lakes. Registration opens online June 15, with in-person sign-up beginning June 20 at all library branches.
