Mental Health Week 2026 at Your Library
Come Together, Canada: Mental Health Week 2026 at Your Library
Mental Health Week | May 4–10, 2026
Mental Health Week is a national campaign led by the Canadian Mental Health Association that encourages Canadians to prioritize mental wellness, reduce stigma, and strengthen community connections.
This year’s theme is Come Together, Canada.
Connection plays an important role in mental well-being. Whether it’s attending a program, spending time in a welcoming space, learning a new skill, or simply reaching out to others, small moments of connection can make a meaningful difference.
At Kawartha Lakes Public Library, we’re here to support mental wellness in practical, accessible ways year-round. Our library offers materials, tools, and community resources to help support your well-being.
