Registering for the Summer Reading Club
Registering In Person
Children and teens can register at any of our library branches with a parent or caregiver starting Saturday, June 20, 2026 and receive their Summer Reading Club package to get started!
Advance Online Registration
Parents and caregivers can pre-register their kids online starting Monday, June 15, 2026. Once registered, library staff will contact you when your Summer Reading Club package is ready for pickup at your preferred branch
The Summer Reading Club Passport
We have created a passport to help children track their reading, as well as to offer library challenges to make this summer extra fun.
Here’s how it works:
Participants are encouraged to try to read for at least 15 minutes a day, either by themselves or with an adult, and mark off a box in the passport for each day you read.
Programs and Activities
Each summer, we offer a fun-filled lineup of activities as part of our Summer Reading Club! Our in-branch programs are designed for children ages 4–10, with some crafts and activities requiring adult supervision. No registration is required for these programs.
