CELA offers reading materials to people who have trouble reading print due to a print disability. Visit the CELA website to learn more.
To register with CELA:
- e-mail the Library Administration
- call CELA at 1-855-655-2273
- self-register online
To self-register with CELA on their website follow these four steps:
- Type in the name of your community: (Kawartha Lakes);
- Click on the name of your library: (Kawartha Lakes Public Library);
- Type in your 14-digit library card number (no spaces);
- Fill in the registration form.
